Quality Department

The main purpose of performing the service is to review the quality of all factors involved in the process of production and testing all of the Accessories to reduce the defective rate. If there were any unacceptable defect, our quality control department shall be able to report to the management who is responsible to make a decision on authorize the accessories release.
Due to the fact that we are being strict toward the quality of our products, US Robe has met all the requirement of International Standardization.
Moreover, our Quality Control Department attempts to stabilize our production and shall be able to examine every products visually to inspect defects before we have sold to the external market. This approach allows us to grow internationally.
Packaging Department
Accessories packaging is the process of wrapping, filling or creating of goods for the purpose of protection and their appropriate handling. This is the final process in the production of accessories, which prepares the finished merchandise for delivery to the customer. It is an important part of the accessories manufacturing process. Accessories packaging is also use to get lot of attention from the customer. These operations come under the materials handling methods and are no less important than other systems used in the factory. After completing the entire manufacturing task, apparel is required to be packed. After packing, it is placed in cartons as per instructions and then it is stored in a store section before it is delivered to the respective buyer.
